**NDIS Plan Manager**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To help with PRODA payment enquiries and making decisions on some complicated invoice entry tasks.
- To work creatively and resourcefully with participants to utilise their support budgets to achieve their goals.
- Ability to interpret policy and legislation
- Strong financial management and communication skills
- In still accountability in all team members
- Assisting clients in understanding their plans, the scope of budgeting/spending, and the NDIS price guide.
- To ensure that all NDIS reporting and compliance requirements are met and that clients fully understand their NDIS budgets and decision-making. An experienced management team and outstanding team members will be well fantastic.
- Undertake day-to-day administrative functions, including invoice processing and payment
- Provide support and assistance with the management of funding for clients under the participant's NDIS plan by conducting regular program spending conversations to stay on track with funding budgets
- Ensure all NDIS Plan management's claims and payments are made, consistent with the Plan Management service agreement
- Perform all the accounting functions in the Finance areas of NDIS Plan Management, duties including but not limited to data entry, creating clients' service bookings, maintaining the database and maintaining and reviewing budgets
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- At least one membership, qualification or experience requirement: ATMA, AAT, CBK, ACCA, ABAL, CPA, ICB, IPA, CAANZ
- Experience as a Plan Manager will be highly regarded
- CPA certificate holder is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and the principles and rules that underpin the scheme
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting the NDIS price guide, statutory requirements, planning decisions, and reasonable and necessary scope of plan funding.

**Salary**: $87,339.46 - $168,379.21 per year
