Are you an experienced project lead with a passion for strengthening governance, risk management, and legislative compliance? West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Project Lead to play a pivotal role in embedding a consistent, sustainable, and organisation‐wide approach to enterprise risk and compliance.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director Strategy, Performance and Allied Health, this role offers the opportunity to operationalise our Enterprise Risk Framework, implement Riskman to enhance enterprise risk management, and design systems and processes that support our legislative compliance obligations.

Working collaboratively with clinical, non‐clinical, and corporate teams, you will help uplift capability, drive change, and support staff to confidently meet their responsibilities through effective frameworks, tools, and education. Preferred Experience

* Demonstrated experience in project management or coordination, with experience in structured project delivery within a complex organisation.
* Proven experience producing, maintaining, and managing project documentation and artefacts, including templates, registers, reports, and governance documentation.
* Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business areas, including the collection and analysis of organisational information (e.g. process documentation)
* Strong experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels, including clinical, non‐clinical, and corporate teams, to support information gathering, coordination, and delivery of activities and coaching to build capability.
* Demonstrated capability using M365 tools (including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related collaboration tools) to support project delivery, documentation, and communication.
* Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and information handling requirements, particularly within a healthcare or public sector environment.

Additional Advantageous Experience/Qualifications

* Formal qualification or certification in project management
* Demonstrated experience delivering project outcomes within a hospital or healthcare setting, with an understanding of clinical and non‐clinical operating environments.
* Experience supporting change management, communications, or training coordination, preferably within healthcare or similarly complex service environments.
* Experience in risk or legislative compliance management.

IMPORTANT:

Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
