Salary
The successful couple will receive a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $85,000 per annum each.
About the Role
As the Management Couple, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring a great guest experience, recruiting and training a motivated team, managing purchasing, inventory, and budgets, handling compliance, safety, and hygiene standards, building community relationships, and getting involved across departments.
Your Key Responsibilities

We're Looking for a Couple Who:
* Have proven hospitality management experience (roadhouse or remote setting is a plus).
* Bring strong leadership and financial management skills.
* Communicate effectively and confidently.
* Have a current driver's licence and preferably their own transport.
* Can work flexible shifts and obtain a police check & food safety certificate.
