We are now seeking a highly organised Workforce Coordinator to support our Civil Infrastructure team. This role is critical in ensuring we are connected to our field workforce, ensuring they valued, understand their role, safe, compliant, and paid on time, while also assisting with administration
Key Responsibilities
* Phone based contact with 300+ workers covering check ins, inductions, duties, PPE, wellbeing
* Act as a trusted, ongoing point of contact for our active Civil workforce
* Accurately record all interactions within CRM
* Deal with day-to-day queries, escalate performance issues or OHS concerns
* Contact active clients for structured feedback on workers, identify trends and recurring issues
* Track worker movements between sites
* Administration support, including timesheets and construction specific inductions (3D safety)
* Reference check new workers
* Assist in resourcing by obtain referrals from current workforce
* Support inbound queries
Relevant Skills & Experience
* High volume phone experience (ideally within Labour hire or Civil / Construction Industries.
* Strong CRM and administrative discipline
* Clear communication with confidence speaking to blue-collar workers
* Ability to prioritise, document and escalate issues appropriately
* Comfortable supporting multiple states and time zones
* Knowledge of construction inductions and compliance
* Candidate screening or resourcing experience
