About the roleThis is a full time position based in Mandurah.
As the Fleet Manager at Mandurah Boat Hire, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our boat hire and charter operations.
You will work closely with the Director to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of our operations.What you'll be doingAssisting with the overall management of the hire and charter fleetOverseeing the daily activities of the boat hire, charter and maintenance crewsCoordinating the scheduling and rostering of staffEnsuring excellent customer service is provided to all clientsAssisting with the implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiencyProviding hands-on support in the boat maintenance and repair process as neededWhat we're looking forEssential - Marine qualifications such as a Coxswain NC1 or Master 5 (NC24)Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsHands-on technical skills and experience with boat maintenance and repairProficient in using relevant software and technology to support operationsA positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWhat we offerAt Mandurah Boat Hire, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
