What You’ll Do:
You’ll own how our utilities perform, making them more efficient, cost-effective and reliable, while collaborating with teams across site. Day to day you’ll:
* Drive continuous improvement across utilities, focusing on energy, water and cost optimisation
* Monitor performance, track KPIs, spot opportunities, and turn insights into action
* Lead value creation and optimisation initiatives
* Run and support capital and improvement projects
* Partner with trades and operators to lift equipment performance and technical capability
* Lead RCA and problem solving to minimise downtime and waste
* Oversee utilities systems (trade waste, boilers and compressors)
* Contribute to capital planning and site strategy
Some of the Skills You’ll Bring:
* A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, with working knowledge across both
* Experience in continuous improvement environments (TPM, RCA, CI)
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
* Experience monitoring, reporting and improving performance against KPIs
* Confidence working with automated equipment and technical systems
* Experience in FMCG or another fast-paced production environment
