About the role
Pinnacle Parks Legal is seeking a diligent Lawyer, preferably with 1-5 years post-admission experience, to join our growing and dynamic team in Geelong. As a full-time role, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse range of clients.
What you'll be doing
* Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, with a strong focus on the holiday park and land lease communities sector.
* Providing advice regarding large sales and acquisitions of Land and Businesses.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, applications, and correspondence.
* Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.
* Providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients.
What we're looking for
* While this role has a strong focus on the focus on the holiday park and land lease communities sector, experience in this sector is not essential. General experience in business law, litigation, property law and conveyancing will be advantageous to the successful applicant.
* 1-5 years of post-admission experience as a Lawyer is preferred with salary commensurate to experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
