Public Practice Administrators | Expressions of Interest
We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, including Receptionist, Corporate Secretarial, Senior Administrator, Tax Administrator, EAs and Practice/ Ops Managers.
These positions cater to candidates at all levels, from those just starting out to experienced professionals looking to advance their careers within the accounting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining filing systems
* Build client relationships through clear communication; attend meetings as needed.
* Manage client appointments, onboarding, offboarding, and team calendars.
* Preparing and lodging BAS/IAS, tax returns, and payroll tax documents
* Supporting client onboarding, appointments, and database management
* Liaising with the ATO and ASIC for lodgements, registrations, and compliance
* Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
* Providing general administration support across the business
About You:
* Previous administration experience (ideally within an accounting or professional services environment)
* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented
* Experience with XERO, MYOB AE, or CAS BGL 360 highly regarded
