As a key member of the culinary operations, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling daily food menus, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, and assisting with inventory management.

- Craft a diverse selection of sandwiches, rolls, wraps, and salads using premium, fresh ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in the taste, presentation, and quality of our food offerings.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to uphold food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management to guarantee a constant supply of fresh ingredients.
- Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences by adhering to strict quality control measures.
**Requirements and Skills:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.

**Work Requirements:**
- Availability to work morning shifts and weekends
- Willingness to work early starts (4:30 am)
