Electrical Supervisor (Mining & Industrial) – Central Queensland
Enwise Electrical & Refrigeration has been trusted in Central QLD for over 20 years, with strong operations in Emerald and an exciting new branch in Rockhampton. We're expanding and looking for a motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for a well‐rounded electrician who thrives on variety. You'll oversee maintenance programs and project work spanning Mining, Industrial, Government and Commercial sectors, while leading and mentoring a team of electricians and apprentices.
This is a multi‐site role requiring travel between our Central Queensland locations, including Rockhampton and Emerald, as required.

What You'll Need:
QLD Electrical Licence
Full Driver's Licence
Current LVR/CPR
Experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor (or ready to step up)
Mine site experience – Standard 11 (S11) and Coal Board Medical (CBM)
Supervisor competencies – G1, G2, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) highly regarded
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Commitment to safety and quality
Ability to provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to field staff and apprentices
Current National Police Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)
