Job Description:

This role is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for customers. The Customer Operations Officer will be responsible for monitoring customer channels and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.



* Closely monitor customer interactions across various platforms

* Identify and resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions

* Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with other teams to maintain high service standards
