The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring property maintenance, managing tenant relations, and handling lease agreements.About the RoleWe are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Property Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will manage our existing portfolio alongside a team of seven experienced property managers, ensuring the smooth operation of a well-maintained property portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting ingoing and outgoing condition reportsConducting routine inspectionsLiaising with multicultural property ownersCoordinating repairs and maintenanceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property managementA valid NSW Certificate of RegistrationA NSW driver’s license and your own vehicleExcellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skillsExperience with Property Tree and Inspection Manager (preferred but not essential)How to ApplyIf you’re looking to grow your career with a dynamic and expanding company, we’d love to hear from you!
