The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to join our team in the industrial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support site managers with progress reports for operations and shutdowns, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Develop and submit detailed quotes for client-defined scope of work, taking into account all relevant factors.
* Collaborate with operations teams to implement continuous improvement methods, reducing costs and time delays.
* Procure materials from external suppliers, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
* Coordinate and supervise external subcontractors, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Schedule and manage site-based equipment and labour resources, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure client requests are met and coordinate with other business units for additional resources when necessary, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, promoting open communication and transparency.
