NOPSEMA is Australia's independent regulator for offshore energy operations and greenhouse gas storage in Commonwealth waters.
We are seeking a professional to develop, support and deliver regulatory implementation under the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of frameworks, policies, processes and procedures to support regulation.
* Establish and implement an approach to work health and safety in the offshore renewable energy sector.
* Apply subject matter expertise in the implementation and administration of WHS laws.
* Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing WHS frameworks, expertise in developing guidance and operating procedures, well-developed written communication skills, and knowledge of the OEI Act and health and safety laws.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record in implementing WHS frameworks.
* Expertise in developing and maintaining operating procedures.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
