We have more than 160 stores within our network and our values; Inclusive, Reliable, Fresh, Energetic and Human are not just values, but our way of life.About the roleBased in our Support Centre in Petersham NSW, and reporting to our Head of Development, we are seeking an experienced Leasing Administrator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in lease administration, particularly with large landlords and retailers to support our Leasing team, In addition to:Building rapport with landlord lease administration managers, internal and external legal teams, and ensuring strict timeframes are metOverseeing and coordinating lease review process, lease approvals, lease clause negotiations and lease executionAdministration and maintenance of electronic and hard copy filing systems for key legal documents and recordsCollecting information from landlords to assist the franchise sales team with arranging bank guarantees and insurance certificate of currency for Soul Origin tenanciesMaintenance of a database of all insurances held by franchise partners to ensure compliance with lease obligationsCoordinating meetings and travel arrangements for our Regional Leasing managers and Head of DevelopmentUpdating and maintaining database of new and existing tenancies for integration with software systems (PowerBI etc.)Taking of meeting minutes and filingWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:Proven experience as a lease administratorProven experience negotiating lease clauses, and making legal recommendations to managementHigh level understanding of legal documentations and identifying risks with specific leases and lease provisionsExperience dealing with external solicitorsExperience using Teams/Zoom suitesSome exposure to retail, franchising or food service operations is advantageousUnderstanding of business administration principles and conceptsStrong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone mannerHigh level of attention to detailExperience with Travel and calendar managementAbility to provide high level general office supportAbility to effectively communicate and align with stakeholdersSo… what’s in it for you?Close to public transportFree parking available in streets close to our support centreAn extra day off for to celebrate your birthday each yearA competitive salary package, in addition to an annual salary reviewWeekly deliveries of pastries, bread and fruit to the officeBe part of a well-respected brand within the QSR industry that genuinely cares about its team members, customersand Franchise Partner’s successDon’t miss this opportunity to join our award-winning brand - APPLY TODAY!Only suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.
