ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will oversee daily hotel operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth and efficient service. Key skills and requirements include:
* Experience in Bistro, Gaming & Wagering
* Strong communication and people leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced venue
* Knowledge of basic bar operations
* Positive attitude and team-focused approach
* Available to work nights and weekends
* RSA, RSG & Food Safety Certificate
* TAB Cash Control & Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
* AML/CTF knowledge advantageous
