About the role
Our client, is seeking a reliable and motivated Process / Mill Worker to join their Leongatha team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Mill Team Leader, you'll play a key role in daily production, packaging, and inventory operations.
This role is ideal for someone physically fit, safety-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Day shift role hours 9am to 5.30 pm
Key responsibilities
* Operate machinery and assist with bulk bag packing and distribution
* Monitor product quality and output
* Maintain stock levels, complete stocktakes and report variances
* Support general warehouse duties and uphold GMP standards
* Step into other operational roles as needed, including shift coverage
* Actively contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 12 months' experience in manufacturing, logistics or warehousing
* Comfortable with physical work and machinery operation
* Basic computer skills; experience with SAP or inventory systems a bonus
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Dayshift role, hours 9am to 5.30pm
* 3 to 6 months ongoing work
