About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Civil Supervisor to join our esteemed client's team, based in Perth. This position is permanent position with our client on a Monday to Friday roster.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Lead pre-starts and promote strong team engagement.
- Monitor HSE and quality compliance, addressing any issues.
- Manage site paperwork including timesheets and permits.
- Optimise resources and reduce waste.
- Attend site meetings and maintain client relationships.
- Support and mentor team members on site.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in civil construction.
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of earthworks and underground utility installation.
- Proven HSE and quality control experience on site.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
- Valid WA manual drivers licence.
