About the Role:
Are you an experienced and driven Clinic Manager looking for a leadership role where you can continue to evolve personally and professionally?
In this dynamic position, you'll take charge of inspiring and motivating your team while recommending and performing face and body treatments for our valued clients. As the Clinic Manager, you\u2019ll lead from the front and have end-to-end control over the clinic's success, shaping both the client experience and your team's development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Leading, managing and motivating a small team of clinic therapists and support staff.
Client & Service Experience: Ensuring the client experience is at the forefront of everything we do and ensure you are delivering exceptional service standards with every client.
Performing face and body treatments using industry-leading technology.
Providing consultations and crafting tailored treatment programs.
Guiding clients through their transformation journey and celebrating their results.
Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and dedicated team.
Assisting with general clinic and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
A passionate beauty enthusiast who loves sharing knowledge.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent client experiences.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
A team player who values building relationships.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (preferred but not essential).
Minimum of 3 years Clinic Management
A genuine interest in body, health, and skin treatments.
