Responsibilities
Deliver expert palliative care and clinical advice to patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Lead projects and service improvement initiatives.
Mentor and guide nursing staff across the service.
Build robust partnerships with other healthcare providers.
Promote safe, compassionate and person-centred care, ensuring the best possible care and support during life's most challenging moments.
