Customer Relationship Advisor
The role of a Customer Relationship Advisor is to be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive. This position requires effective communication skills, understanding customer needs, and managing interactions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of service contracts.
* Define a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the area supervisor).
* Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new service contracts, amendments, and service quotations.
* Assist with answering contractual questions from customers, the sales department, and area supervisors.
* Oversee the process for resolving technical open cases by maintaining consistent communication and close cooperation with the product support department.
* Control project billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses, and penalties.
* Ensure correct information in SAP and sales force related to the contract.
* Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with the customer related to the production period.
* Manage customer communications to facilitate recovery efforts.
* Deconstruct the contract with scope creep knowledge.
