Job Description
The role of Senior Policy Officer is a critical position within the Centre of Excellence team in the Digital Strategy, Sourcing and Assurance branch (DSSA). The successful candidate will lead and manage policy initiatives across NSW Government, driving digital transformation through evidence-based strategies.
This senior policy officer role involves high-level research, analysis, review, development, delivery and implementation of ICT policies. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading teams to develop effective policy frameworks for optimal customer outcomes;
* Identifying emerging issues; researching solutions; developing options & strategies with collaborative stakeholders;
