They're now looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join their team. You'll be backed by an experienced leadership group and work in an environment that genuinely supports your growth and career development.
The Role:
* Manage a portfolio of strata schemes while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person meetings
* Prepare for and run AGMs, Executive Committee meetings, and other key gatherings
* Oversee financial responsibilities including budgets, levy invoicing, arrears management, and general accounting
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and liaise with contractors and service providers
The Person:
* Proven experience as a Strata Manager, with a minimum of 12 months in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively
* Current Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License (or willingness to obtain one)
