About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
* Supervise, train, and support front‑of‑house staff
* Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
* Monitor staff performance and provide coaching where needed
* Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
* Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth service flow
* Manage cash handling, POS operations, and end‑of‑day reporting
* Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
* Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food service
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Excellent problem‑solving and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Competent with POS systems and basic administrative tasks
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
