They are keen to create new things and love working on their woodwork projects which they sell and display at markets. They all have strong family supports so you'll need to gain not only their trust and confidence, but that of their families. We would love to hear from applicants who are great communicators, transparent, supportive and understanding; people who able to work in a respectful partnership with them.

The world can be a challenging place, so you'll be there to be alongside them, knowing when to step in and when to step back.
You'll also assist them with the other things they want in life, like finding more opportunities for work. They have part time work in retail and grounds keeping at a local school. They already have independence skills and will need your help to use those and further develop the skills that they need to manage their budgets, support to cook healthy meals and the day to day normal flatting chores.
