A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3-6 years post-qualification experience to join its growing Planning & Environment team in Perth.
This position supports a well-regarded partner and sits within the broader Property & Planning group.
The role involves advising on a diverse mix of matters including:
Development applications
Merits appeals and planning agreements
Compulsory acquisition compensation
Contaminated sites
Administrative law and compliance
Ideal candidates will have:
3-6 years PQE in private practice or in-house
Exposure to planning, environment, and/or property law
Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
An interest in growing into or progressing within the Senior Associate level
