Your Role and Impact:
* Lead with Excellence: Become a senior member of a talented team of 8 surveyors, driving efficiency and innovation.
* Oversee Diverse Projects: Ensure top-tier quality and accuracy across various surveying projects.
* Foster Growth: Cultivate a collaborative environment that promotes professional development.
* Compliance and Success: Ensure adherence to NSW regulations while liaising with clients for project success.
* Innovate: Implement cutting-edge surveying technologies and methodologies.
What You Bring:
* Credentials: Registered/Licensed Surveyor in NSW.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a surveying team.
* Technical Proficiency: Previous experience with 12d software will be highly regarded.
* Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
