As Levande's Village Manager at Camden View Village in the coastal village of Laurieton, you'll step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. You'll play a vital part in nurturing a welcoming community, enhancing residents' experiences through positive engagement and exceptional customer service. Operational success will be achieved through outstanding leadership, strong administration and an individual alignment with Levande's Values.
Your Impact:
* Oversee daily village operations, ensuring resident satisfaction remains consistently high
* Coordinate and facilitate highly desirable, resident engagement programs and activities aimed at improving residents' personal wellbeing index (PWI).
* Champion the Resident Journey
* Implement company policies and strategies to uphold community standards and Levande Values
* Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance in a timely manner
* Play a key role in budget preparation and financial processing
* Ensure a safe environment for all residents, staff, volunteers and contractors

* Experience and knowledge in areas of health and wellbeing in older adults

* A deep commitment to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
* Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively and manage expectations
* The ability to work independently, collaborate with cross functional teams and resident groups and key external stakeholders.
* Previous experience in retirement living is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we value diverse perspectives.
* Track record in administration, budget management, work health and safety and a passion for continuous improvement.
