Project Delivery Specialist
Hiring for a leading sustainable deconstruction and remediation company, we are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering works to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. * Key Responsibilities:
o Support project delivery across civil remediation, demolition, and environmental works.
o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
o Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure scope, budget, and program objectives are achieved.
o Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain alignment across all works.
o Provide engineering input into methodologies, temporary works, sequencing, and construction techniques.
o Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure constructability and compliance.
o Prepare engineering calculations, work packs, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
Requirements:
For this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction or related field) and experience in civil remediation, demolition, or environmental works. Strong project management skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential. You should be proficient in MS Office and project management software and tools.
