About the role
This role combines sales administration, customer service, and sales responsibilities.
What you would do in this role
Counter and telephone sales
Stock audits and inventory management
General administration and housekeeping (including OH&S)
Ordering branch supplies and coordinating cyclic stock counts / stock cleansing
Processing and following up on overdue purchase and customer orders
Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock
Is this for me?
A highly organized administrator with a keen eye for detail
Customer and sales-focused
Proficient with computer systems – training provided
A positive and optimistic attitude
High initiative to support team members and customers – no job is too big or small
A strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a trades environment is beneficial but not essential if you are eager to learn
