We’re looking for a passionate Human Resources Advisor to join our nationally recognised People & Marketing team at cmr. This is a diverse and dynamic generalist role supporting both our vibrant HQ workforce of sales and operational professionals and our dedicated healthcare workforce based on client sites across the country.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Internal Human Resources Manager, this role plays a vital part in the delivery of everyday HR operations, including employment documentation, HRIS management, WHS coordination and employee lifecycle support. You’ll also lead cmr’s Rehab & Return to Work coordination and play a central role in data reporting, compliance, and engagement initiatives.
You’ll work alongside Talent, L&D, and HR professionals as part of our energetic and award-winning People team - named HRD’s 2024 HR Team of the Year - who are passionate about driving high-quality outcomes, connection, and wellbeing for our people.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment. You're confident navigating both day-to-day HR operations and strategic HR projects. You’re known for your calm under pressure, discretion, and ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of a business.
You’ll bring:
* HR Coordination experience and exposure to investigations and case management
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Experience managing priorities across diverse internal and external stakeholders
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a working understanding of WHS/Return to Work processes (desirable)
