Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience aligned with Toyota's reputation for quality and reliability
* Manage the end-to-end sales process with precision, from enquiry through to delivery
* Maintain exceptional yard presentation, ensuring all vehicles reflect a premium standard at all times
* Oversee the preparation of vehicles for sale, including coordination of detailing and quality presentation
* Liaise with service departments and external providers to organise repairs, reconditioning, and compliance
* Ensure all vehicles meet dealership and brand standards prior to display and delivery
* Contribute to stock management, vehicle merchandising, and digital listings
* Build lasting client relationships, fostering repeat and referral business
