Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, they will conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLAs.
* Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
* Ensure validation of payroll data.
* Ensure that ADP meets required statutory obligations while providing payroll services to clients.
* Adhere to quality standards, policies & procedures.
* Adhere to quality checks and controls as the reports, inputs and processing done by you.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* At least 2 - 4 years of experience in processing end to end Malaysia payroll.
* Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Good knowledge in Social Security, Taxation and Money movement/lodgment is desired.
* Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
