Customer Support
Warehouse Fulfillment Office
will be responsible physical card printing and distribution as well as verifying contractor documents when registering with Workforce Safety (Damstra).
Responsibilities
* Print physical cards and dispatch them to Workforce Safety customers
* Verify customer documents
* Monitor and maintain consumable levels for card printing
* Stock and organize products in bins and on shelves
* Keep the work area clean and hazard‐free
* Assist with general supply and warehouse tasks as needed
* Follow all safety procedures and OHS guidelines
* Maintain accurate stock levels and asset records
* Organise courier shipments across Australia and internationally
* Communicate with customers and internal teams about order status
Skills and Experience
* Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle day‐to‐day office tasks efficiently
* Highly organized and detail‐oriented, with a focus on accuracy
* Positive, team‐focused attitude and comfortable collaborating with others
* Dependable, responsible, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
* Must be able to work onsite from our Rutherford warehouse
