We are seeking an experienced and innovative Account Manager to support and grow enterprise end-user relationships and sales in your region. As part of our high-energy, fast-paced team, you will work directly with enterprise customers, helping them solve complex wireless networking challenges using our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive Revenue: Expand existing accounts and acquire new enterprise customers to exceed regional revenue targets.

* Manage Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with end-users and channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor for their Wi-Fi needs.
">
* Develop Pipeline: Identify and qualify opportunities, nurture leads, and guide them through the sales cycle using Salesforce.
">
* Partner Engagement: Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and global systems integrators to close deals and drive adoption of our solutions.
">
* Custome Success: Ensure clients are getting maximum value from our solutions through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
">
* Market Intelligence: Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with product and strategy teams to inform ongoing improvements.
">
* Travel: Attend client meetings, industry events, and internal team gatherings as needed.
">

Requirements
">
">
* 7+ years of enterprise sales or technical account management experience, preferably in networking or Wi-Fi infrastructure.
">
* Strong consultative & competitive selling and solution-oriented mindset.
">
* Experience working with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Extreme, and tier-one SIs (e.g., NTT, ATEA, Softcat, WWT, GSI's and national integrators).
">
* Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences and confidence to present at events.
">
* Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
">
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
">
* Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, PPT and other similar applications.
">
* Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 50%).
