About the role

Our successful Property Management company, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving the company's rent roll forward.

What are we looking for?

* Either proven experience in a BDM role, or at least 1 years experience in Property Management or sales
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with relevant property management legislation and regulations
* A driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving business growth
* Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems
* Current Real estate registration certificate or license
* Valid drivers license

What you'll be doing

* Generating new business opportunities by actively networking, prospecting, and securing new property management clients
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients
* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property management
* No Property Management work - Once the management is secured, it will be passed over to one of our experienced PM's
* Leasing & application processing assistance with new business properties
* Identifying and implementing strategies to grow the company's property portfolio
* Reporting on key performance metrics and contributing to the overall growth of the business
