The Don River Railway is seeking a skilled content creator to craft compelling articles for our regular newsletter.
This role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and an interest in heritage. As a volunteer, you will be responsible for the entire process of producing our newsletter, from researching information to writing, editing, and preparing it for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, research, write, and edit engaging articles and updates for the DRR newsletter.
* Gather information from various sources within the organization.
* Conduct interviews with volunteers and staff to capture their stories and contributions.
* Evaluate content for accuracy, informativeness, and alignment with the organization's messaging and brand.
* Manage the production schedule and deadlines.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and other volunteers.
