About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties at clinics, including patient reception, clerical and administration tasks, clinic room allocation and scheduling. The position also involves assisting with billing, arranging travel and accommodation for visiting specialists as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia. A criminal record screening and integrity checking is also a requirement of this position. Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in medical administration a definite advantage.
