This leadership role will shape workforce capability, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with OEM standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

About You
* Leadership experience managing and coaching high‑performing teams.
* Ability to design and implement training strategies aligned with business goals.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of OEM standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a national technical training strategy aligned with business goals.
* Oversee the design and delivery of technical training, compliance programs, and skills development initiatives.
* Manage training capacity planning, performance metrics, and reporting.
* Lead and coach a high‑performing training team.
* Drive innovation in training delivery, including digital learning solutions and LMS integration.
Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of VET systems, training frameworks, and competency‑based training.
* Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with LMS platforms and e‑learning technologies.
* Understanding of regulatory compliance, OEM standards, and safety training (preferred).
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
* Relevant technical trade qualification or equivalent experience.
* Current driver's licence with ability to travel across ANZ.
