We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Manager to join our organization in Perth. This role is pivotal to driving new revenue from large organizations through proactive outreach, strategic relationship building, and full-cycle deal management across national and international markets.
About the Role
This position involves:
* Driving new revenue by sourcing, engaging, and converting enterprise clients (200+ employees)
* Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across multiple geographies
* Building C-level relationships and developing account strategies to grow existing business
* Collaborating with brokers and real estate advisors to expand market reach
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
* Delivering accurate forecasts and maintaining a strong, active sales pipeline
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in B2B solution selling with a focus on enterprise accounts
* Skill in independently sourcing and progressing long-cycle deals
* Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to exceed revenue targets
* Experience in commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus
* Comfortable navigating global, matrixed environments and cross-functional teams
* Native in Italian, and good knowledge of English
