Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care & Service Delivery Conduct ward rounds in the Rehabilitation Unit.
Provide inpatient consulting services when required.
Lead Cognitive Dementia & Memory Service (CDAMS) clinics and other geriatric outpatient services.
Ensure comprehensive documentation for patient safety and continuity of care.
Education & Supervision Supervise doctors-in-training (DiTs) in geriatric medicine.
Deliver training to medical, nursing, and allied health staff.
Support the development of policies, procedures, and standards for geriatric care.
Leadership & Governance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
Contribute to morbidity and mortality reviews and clinical audits.
Represent at external meetings and professional collaborations.

Maintain compliance with national healthcare safety and quality standards.
Engage with risk management and incident reporting processes.
