 
        
        This is a unique Accounts and Finance role that combines administrative responsibilities with day-to-day support tasks, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting tasks.
 * BAS, superannuation, and end-of-month reporting.
 * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
 * Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time.
Administrative Support Tasks:
 * Provide general administrative assistance to the team and management.
 * Answer calls, emails, and handle client or supplier inquiries.
 * Manage office supplies, filing, and other basic office duties.
 * Support with scheduling, data entry, and documentation as required.
About You:
 * Previous experience in payroll and accounts processing (Xero).
 * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
 * Flexible, proactive, and willing to assist across different areas of the business.
 * Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
