Melchiorre Seeds - Office Administration
Melchiorre seeds are seeking a receptionist / office administrator to join our family operated business located in Narrogin approximately 200 km form Perth.
This role would be a casual position to begin with, a start date and days/hours to be negotiated with suitable candidate. A permanent part-time position would be considered for the right candidate, following a trial period.

Over the years we have build up a large modern registered cleaning plant, capable of precise cleaning and packaging of all grain including certified and registered seed and we distribute seed not only state wide but also interstate and overseas.
Main duties include, but not limited to:
* Greeting and liaising with customers.
* Management of incoming and outgoing mail. - Answering incoming calls.
* Entry and paying of accounts.
* Management of exporting containers.
* Management of weigh bridge.
To be considered for this position you must:
* Be capable of working in a fast past environment. - The ability to work unsupervised.
* Experience with MYOB.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Microsoft Office experience.
* Organisation skills.
* Strong Numeracy and literacy skills.
* Have knowledge / experience in the grain industry preferred but not essential.
