Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-working Senior Mobile Phone Technician who can handle complex repairs efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. This role also involves customer interaction and upselling when repair work is low.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all types of mobile phone repairs, including:
* Screen replacements
* Battery replacements
* Charging port, camera, speaker repairs
* Back glass repairs without using a laser machine
* Carry out soldering work confidently
* Perform basic motherboard-level repairs
* Diagnose faults quickly and accurately
* Complete repairs efficiently, as customers do not want long wait times
* Provide excellent customer service at the counter when repairs are low
* Upsell mobile accessories such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc.
* Maintain a clean and organised repair workstation
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Phone Technician
* Strong hands-on experience with back glass repairs (non-laser method)
* Good knowledge of soldering and basic motherboard repairs
* Ability to work very fast and accurately under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong sales and upselling skills
* Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
