About Your New Leadership Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our embedded practice across multiple services in your region.
Your key responsibility will be implementing our programming approach, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, as well as coaching and mentoring your teams to improve their capabilities and maximize potential.
Key areas of focus include rostering, financial management, community engagement, and reflective practice to drive improvements in child outcomes.

Required Experience and Qualifications
* A minimum of previous experience in the OSHC industry.
* Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
* Familiarity with the National Law and Regulation.
* Understanding of the National Quality Standard.
* Completion of a qualification approved by ACECQA.
* Holding current first aid certification.
* A valid driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.
