ELC Lead Educator (Commencing immediately)

Available to work at Morphett Vale (Part-time)

The successful applicants will:

• Have a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as a minimum qualification
• Be an active and committed member of a Christian Church
• Be committed to the ministry of Christian schooling
• Be an energetic, highly motivated self-starter
• Be eager to be part of a growing creative and innovative ELC team
• Have a sound knowledge of NQF and EYLF, Inquiry Based Learning
• Understand Reggio Emilia Approach and Nature Education
• Be nurturing and friendly in interaction with children, dedicated to pastoral care
• Be resourceful and positive problem solver
• Be flexible, team‐oriented and possess teamwork skills
• Be available and engaged to work while the service is open
• Be highly creative in developing and implementing curricular plans

While this role is primarily located at the Morphett Vale campus, all Early Learning Centre staff are required to maintain flexibility and may be directed to work at the Aldinga campus on occasion to support operational and staffing needs.
