Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
* Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning
* Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
* Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards one
* In‐depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‐based learning
* Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
* Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
* Experience in leading a room or team
* Current WWCC and First Aid certification
* Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain it prior to employment
