About the role

This role maintains high customer service standards, integrate into multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to health, safety, training, and risk management, ensuring seamless operations during staff absences.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

* Proven ability to work effectively as an individual with limited supervision or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong ability establishing work priorities, meeting deadlines, coordinating tasks and workflow and adapting as required to meet the needs of a changing work environment.
* High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels.
* Advanced customer service experience relevant to the public health setting including the demonstration of patience, understanding, confidentiality and a positive approach that includes the ability to deescalate difficult situations.
* Highly accurate utilisation of Microsoft Office 365 suite and corporate/patient information systems and databases which includes the ability to retrieve and interpret performance information.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
