Job Title: Production Support Analyst
This is a career opportunity to provide technical assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting for TV and content production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality technical support, assist with problem-solving, and conduct thorough network troubleshooting.
* Offer direct end-user support in an Apple and Windows environment.
* Act as the liaison between users, studio services, and internal/external support entities.
* Triage complex network issues and configure requirements in partnership with network providers.
* Install new workplace devices for end-users.
* Collaborate with other Technology teams across the organization to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of IT support experience.
* 3+ years of experience providing direct end-user support in an Apple and Windows environment.
* Expertise in network configuration and support.
* Ability to work flexible hours based on production schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
* IT support experience in media, news, or entertainment production environments.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Customer-focused, results-oriented, and accountable.
