The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Stella Bella sales team in Perth.
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our brands in both on-premise and off-premise venues in the Perth market. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key venues and their business owners, managers, and sommeliers, while ensuring brand positioning and maintaining profitability.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive business growth of our Stella Bella brands and manage a portfolio of accounts in your territory.
The role is a permanent full-time position, 5 days per week.

Key responsibilities:
* Develop high quality relationships with customers and facilitate sustainable business growth.
* Build and maintain relationships in trade and generate collaborative business outcomes.
* Drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity and sales in retail and on premise consistent with our values and premium positioning.
* Generate new business that aligns with our company goals and values.
* Build the profile of the brands through mutually beneficial activations, brand advocacy, and tastings.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the wine industry.
* The ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Primarily you will be a driven, enthusiastic salesperson with a proven track record in creation of new business, expanding existing accounts and creating meaningful relationships with your customers.
* Thrive in an autonomous environment, free from office routine and in a high performing culture delivering quality outcomes. Be a highly organised, motivated, and adaptive individual.
Our Offer
The role is a permanent full-time position, 5 days per week. A competitive salary package (including car and phone allowances) will be negotiated for the successful candidate, commensurate to experience.
